Purchasing & Ordering

Do you offer any discount codes?

How can I cancel my order?

Thanks for purchasing our products from Sweet Living Goods.  We know that sometimes plans change.  Due to the nature of our small business and passion for creating customized items that ship within 48 hours from the time an order is placed, we require 24 hours’ notice from the time your order is placed to cancel.  

After we receive your cancellation request, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase, store credit or a different product. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. 

If you ordered a customized product please contact the shop right away at sales@sweetlivinggoods.com to make any changes to your order, depending on where we are in your customized product production cancellation is not guaranteed.

We accept all Major Credit Cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.


Shipping

Where do my items ship from?

All items ship directly to you from Portland, Oregon.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All orders are shipped from Portland, Oregon. After your order is placed, it will be sent out in 5-7 business days (up to 7-10 days during sales and product launches), unless you choose priority shipping. Nov 25 - Dec 25 shipping may take longer.

How do I track my order?

  • You will receive an email with your order confirmation within 24 hours from your purchase.
  • You will receive another email with your tracking number once your order ships.
  • You will receive updates through email or text as your order makes its way to its destination.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship worldwide! International shipping rates will be calculated and applied at checkout.

Please note:
Sweet Living Goods does not collect duties, taxes, customs, or brokerage fees at the time of purchase. Therefore, international orders ship with these potential additional fees unpaid. Sweet Living Goods cannot currently determine what these charges may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office regarding your country's custom policies. Customers may be charged duties, taxes, customs, and/or brokerages fees on their international orders at the time of delivery in the local currency. Customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes, customs and/or brokerage fees. The estimated delivery times for international packages varies depending on the country. Do you offer free shipping?

Orders within the US will receive free shipping on orders $50 or more. All other orders are calculated based on your address. Expedited shipping is $15.

What should I do if my package is lost?

It bums us out too - but sometimes shipments are delayed by USPS. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery on domestic orders and up to 8 weeks for international orders. If you do not receive your package, please email us sales@sweetlivinggoods.com


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

Thanks for purchasing our products from Sweet Living Goods. We want you to love what you buy from us, but we get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether you didn’t like it, or it didn’t work as expected, we’ll try to make it right.  If you’d like to make an exchange or return here is what you need to know:

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.  The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. 

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund.  The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase, store credit or a different product. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. Exchange of product will be shipped with 24 hours of the returned items receipt. 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar day have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

My item is defective, what should I do?

Please send an email to sales@sweetlivinggoods.com with a picture of the defective item. We would be happy to offer you a replacement of the same item.

Are your products Eco Friendly?

Although we work with a number of different manufacturers, Social Responsibility has never been up for debate when it comes to providing you quality products.  100% of our items are sourced from manufacturers who have 100% sweatshop-free productions and are W.R.A.P. (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) Certified. Our products are hand selected with sustainability in mind from our reusable glass home products to our 100% cotton plush-spun baby one-pieces.  “It is our collective and individual responsibility to preserve and tend to the world in which we all live.” Dalai Lama


Are your shipping items Eco Friendly and recyclable?

Our shipping items are no exception of our commitment to Social Responsibility. In our effort to eliminate waste we utilize a 100% Compostable Mailer from noissue.  This amazing compostable mailer is made from field corn and wheat straw. COOL! This mailer packs a punch with certification by leading authorities worldwide; meeting American, European, International and Australian standards – including certifications for your domestic home compost. After degradation, they must leave no harmful residues behind.  

All other items that accompany your order such as packing tape, card and stuffing are made from a minimum of 65% post-consumer recycled paper leaving you feeling good about your purchase and its global impacts – less worry and more time enjoying life’s sweetest moments!


I purchased a product that says a portion of my order goes to the global fight against human trafficking – what does that mean?

Sweet Living Goods was born from a belief between two friends that we are all capable of leading a life worthy of our calling. Co-Owners Julia and Alaura have worked in a corporate setting together for 8 years, and in 2019 the two went on a trip to Thailand to support and learn more about anti-human trafficking efforts. From that moment on, they knew there was something more they could do to join in the global fight to end human trafficking. With every purchase labeled ‘Worthy’ a portion of those proceeds goes directly toward anti-human trafficking efforts.  Your purchase makes an impact – thank you for your business!
